The community of Ritter’s Hidden Valley is a private community for residents and their invited guests. Community rules state residents and all invited guests must have a pass issued by RHVM on their person to use community lakes and parks. Visitors not in possession of a pass or in the presence of their host resident while in the community, will be considered trespassing, asked to leave the premises, and trespassing charges could potentially be brought against violators.
***For those of you who may not know, each resident must contact Apple Valley Waste to start their own trash pickup service. This service is NOT included in RHV maintenance fees.***

Community Service Announcement
The board is not an HOA and we are not community standards enforcement, however we all own property here and there are things we can do to be better humans with the rest of the community. When walking your dog, don't let it defecate on the beach. If it does, pick it up.
If you're enjoying the use of firearms, please do so safely and utilize proper backstop. Shooting across one of our roadways or downward into a valley of rocks are examples of what not to do.
Lastly let's be extra courteous with motor vehicles of all types, especially now in the summer months. The speed limit is 10 mph in our community. The limit not only reduces road maintenance but keeps the dust down. If you have guests, please make them aware. Be especially mindful driving past someone with a roadside house and the lakes. It's no fun fishing at the bass lake or sitting on the beach at the swimming lake and being engulfed by a cloud of dust. ATV's are just as bad as cars. It's even okay to go slower than 10 mph in these areas...
RHV is a great place to live and enjoy life. Try not to let your enjoyment negatively affect the enjoyment of others.
